The Lieutenant Governor of Guernsey has become the patron of Festive Decor

Festive Decor Chairman Martine Ellis is delighted to announce the news that Sir Fabian has agreed to be patron of Festive Decor.  With the 'Friends of the Lights' campaign set to launch in a fortnight the timing of this announcement could not be better and Martine is thrilled that Sir Fabian and Lady Malbon are 100% behind the campaign.
