We have some exciting news...

... just in time for the big switch on event on Saturday!

On behalf of the Festive team I am delighted to announce that we have raised a fantastic £33, 675.00 this year!  Our target was £30,000.00 so we are delighted.  Thanks to everyone who contributed to this incredible effort.  It takes a huge number of voluntary hours to put the lights up, arrange switch on day and badger people into donating money.  So if you have helped in any way, or if you have made a donation, THANK YOU.  We could not do it without you.

Also, we have a winner of the Festive Decor competition which closed yesterday.  Five year old Jodie Mechem will be helping Father Christmas switch on the Christmas lights on Saturday.  Mum informs me that she is very, very excited.
